This Agreement is subject to the Terms and Conditions below and is between:

(1) All Craftsmen Limited of Unit 20, Whitwick Business Centre, Stenson Road, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 4JP ("The Company") and

(2) The customer named above ("The Customer").

The Customer appoints the Company to provide 5 Star Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions).

ALL CRAFTSMEN 5 STAR SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 Interpretation

1.1 In these conditions:

1.1.1 "5 Star Services" means the services to be provided to the Customer under this Agreement and are limited to:
a) obtaining quotations from home improvement installers;
b) vetting potential home improvement installers;
c) overseeing the supply of home improvement products and services;
d) providing telephone and on-site support to the Customer at the Company's discretion.

2 Restrictions

2.1 This Agreement is limited to the provision of 5 Star Services.

2.2 Any orders, contracts or agreements entered in to by the Company with any other party for the provision of home improvement services are separate to this Agreement.

3 Cancellation

The Customer shall have a period of 7 days to cancel the Agreement from the date of commencement. Any notice of cancellation must be made in writing and by recorded delivery to; Cancellations, All Craftsmen Limited, Unit 20 Whitwick Business Centre, Stenson Road, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 4JP.

4 Liability

4.1 This condition sets out the entire financial liability of the Company to the Customer in respect of:

4.1.1 any breach of this Agreement;

4.1.2 any representation, statement, or tortuous act or omission arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

4.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the statutory rights of the Customer.

4.3 Subject to condition 4.2:

4.3.1 the Company shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic costs, damages, charges or expenses; and

4.3.2 the Company's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach or statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this Agreement shall be limited to the Survey Fee paid to the Company by the Customer.

5 General

5.1 If any provision (or part) of this Agreement is found to be invalid, or illegal, the other provisions will remain in force.

5.2 This Agreement and any claim arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
