Toolbox Quick Guide

When you've logged in to your Toolbox you can use the following tools by choosing the relevant icon:

Feedback Generator

Encourage your customers to leave feedback when their project has been completed. Simply enter your customer's email address and choose Invite Customer and then we will contact them to request feedback.

The Feedback Shield will automatically protect you from hoax, malicious and unfair feedback but you can moderate the rest of the reviews yourself. Choose Accept to accept a review without adding your comments. Choose Report to ask for a review to be removed and investigated. Choose Respond to add your comments to a review.

Remember; the more positive reviews you receive the more your Best Local Company ranking will improve and the more enquiries you'll receive.

Tracker

Select 'Tracker' from the main menu to view your enquiries. The source of each enquiry will be clearly displayed so you'll know whether the customer requires a home visit, or a brochure, or a guide price. You can take a closer look at any enquiry by clicking on the magnifying glass on the right hand side of the lead description. You can also add notes and reminders and change the status of any lead to help you manage your enquiries.

Please note that the volume of new enquiries will grow as you attract more and more positive feedback.

Profile Manager

Use this tool to update your contact details on the All Checked website Simply enter your details as requested and choose Update Profile.

Price Engine

You can add and remove products and adjust your prices up or down. Select a product range and then adjust the prices of individual products using the slider. You can deactivate any product to remove it from your Price Engine.

Billing

This is where you can view and download your invoices.

Cancellation

You can cancel this service at any time by switching off the Feedback Generator. Please note that if do this your Profile Page will revert to factory settings, you'll no longer have access to any enquiries (they'll be diverted to your competitors), nor will you be protected from negative feedback.

Your price engine is extremely efficient at converting website visitors in to leads but it can only do its job if you drive traffic to your website and make sure visitors can easily find the price engine link.
